We are dedicated to protecting New York’s natural resources, sharing the good work of farmers, farmworkers, and the dairy community’s environmental partners, and providing the tools needed to help consumers better understand the science-based practices implemented on local farms every day. The tools you’ll find in the New York Dairy Toolbox highlight the data-driven practices that take place in the fields, the barns, the milking parlors, at the processors, and everywhere in between.
